What a joy to welcome Nessi Gomes back in Amsterdam. On November 27th 2024 she will give an extra (3rd!) concert in the beautiful heartspace of De Duif in Amsterdam. Ticket sales starts Saturday September 21st 10.00 CET, here.
And we have a special and exciting surprises for you. The powerful singer/songwriter and fellow musical trailblazer Yael Deckelbaum and the amazing multi-instrumental whizzard Praful will join Nessi on stage as special guests. 2 fierce woman and one fierce man sharing their musical medicine with us. What an explosion of the heart it will be!

About Nessi Gomes
Born on the tiny Island of Guernsey to a Portuguese family, Singer-Songwriter Nessi Gomes channels influences from both sides of her ethnicity, blending the essence of the traditional, emotional and ‘larger than life’ Fado folk music with British progressive modern inspiration.
Her acclaimed debut album Diamonds & Demons was released in October 2016 and received lots of media attention and radio support in Europe and the UK. Since she played in 30 countries including major festivals and stages.
Her debut album reveals an authentic and heartfelt search for light, depth, hope and truth; an artistic quest for love and trust. A series of intricately detailed, hauntingly atmospheric and lushly textured Avant-ballads. Here is a musician whose work obliquely references her travails and nods to Björk and Kate Bush but is uniquely her own, with Portuguese inflections and intimations of hope and dread.
Parallel she created the ever-growing Vocal Odyssey workshops and retreats that encourage participants to meet with the spirit of their voice. Thousands have already experienced the process under her guidance.

On this evening we have two very special guests joining Nessi Gomes on stage for a couple of songs, Yael Deckelbaum and Praful. We’re very grateful these talented artists are joining, this will make this evening a night to remember!
Special Guest :: Yael Deckelbaum
Yael Deckelbaum is a musician and peace activist, known for her song “Prayer of The Mothers”, that turned into the anthem of the march of hope, lead by the movement “Women Wage Peace”.
Yael has been recognized by many people as a groundbreaking musical activist of our time. She uses her music to inspire positive change and support non-violent communication between cultures that are in conflict, emphasizing the necessity of female leadership.
Special Guest :: Praful
Praful is a multi-instrumental artist, vocalist, sound healer and Live looping master.
His music comes from the heart and is a reflection of his spiritual life journey, an expression of gratitude to the mystery and sacredness of life on Earth.
With his live-created multi-layered sonic tapestry and warm voice, takes us on a magical journey. Through the healing power of sound, he weaves intricate patterns that resonate with the depths of our souls.
High Chai Tea House
High Chai Teahouse is a mobile teahouse that you will encounter at all our HeartFire concerts. Come home from your trip to the concert and get to meet old and new acquaintances in this dreamy Victorian ambiance. At the bar you can order the tastiest quality products from the Chai Angels.
The hand-brewed Chai Tea has grown famous, and you can only get it here. You will also find yogi tea, fresh mint, ginger and lemon tea. Not to mention all the sweet treats…. Both raw vegan and home-baked cakes, brownies and refreshing authentic drinks.
This bohemian atmosphere bar was designed by Ilona Dorgelo. The High Chai once started when Ilona made cake and chai for friends with a heartbreak. With the theater school and three-star restaurant De Librije as a background, this accidentally grew into a serious concept at our HeartFire concerts.

De Duif is located 15 minutes by public transport from Amsterdam Central Station. Nearby parking is not easy and not advised. We advise you to come by public transport or use your bicycle.
